Ever since his professional debut 10 years ago, Tyson Fury has been one of boxing's leading faces, both in Britain and the world.

The 29-year old is somewhat revered for his extravagant lifestyle, with Fury himself famously remarking two years ago that he was hoping 'someone kills me before I kill myself'.

The Mancunian's career peaked back in 2015 when he dethroned Wladimir Klitschko to claim a unified heavyweight world title.

It was quickly downhill from there, however, as recurring allegations of doping resulted in him vacating his IBO, WBO, and WBA titles.

In October 2016, Fury had his licence suspended after a year of inactivity.

His lay-off from boxing was littered with accusations of fitness issues, as Fury was accused of unhealthy weight gain.

Despite this, he turned his decline around to announce a return to the ring, earlier this year.

And it seemed as if he had never been away, as he comfortably defeated Sefer Seferi in four rounds in his comeback fight.

With the help of new trainer Ben Davison, it is clear he is in a much better place mentally and talks are already underway regarding a possible clash with Deontay Wilder in December.

However, Fury has revealed that he almost killed Davison during their first session working together when he caught him with a strong right hand.

"He recovered after about five minutes," the Gypsy King said.

"He was out cold and I thought he was dead.

"I think I hit him with a right uppercut while he thought I was going for a right hook and I knocked him out cold.

"I thought I'd killed my trainer on his first day.

"We gave him some water and helped him up – he asked 'what happened' and we told him he had fallen over.

"But then we showed him on the camera and I told him we'd send it into You've Been Framed."

In typical Fury fashion, even his first training session back did not pass with drama.

The incident certainly won't make for pretty reading for Wilder, who will hope he is not on the end of a similarly-brutal Fury uppercut when the two finally come head-to-head.

First up, though, he must face Francesco Pianeta on August 18 at Windsor Park.
