Karim Benzema’s agent has dismissed reports linking the Real Madrid forward with a summer move to the Premier League.

Benzema has long been linked to the Premier League, with Sir Alex Ferguson a known admirer of the Frenchman.

And recently rumours of a move to Manchester United or Liverpool have resurfaced with the development that Italian side Juventus are also interested.

Liverpool are known to be after a striker to act as back up to Fernando Torres after missing out on Carlton Cole, Kevin Doyle and Bobby Zamora, amongst others, on transfer deadline day.

Meanwhile, Man United striker Wayne Rooney has been linked with a sensational £65 million move to the Bernabeu and has sparked rumours of a swap between the two clubs.

However, Karim Djaziri told “The future of Karim Benzema will be at Real Madrid.

"Are Juventus, Manchester United and Liverpool close to a deal? I categorically deny these rumours. He is a Real Madrid player and will remain a Real Madrid player."
