WBC champion Deontay Wilder has renewed his rivalry with Dominic Breazeale after making some shocking comments involving the heavyweight's son.Speaking to FightHype on Thursday, Wilder spoke of the pair's long-standing rivalry, making comments which appeared to disappoint a potential future opponent in Tyson Fury.Having previously praised Wilder and his team for the manner in which they conducted negotiations with the Gypsy King, Fury took exception to Wilder's latest comments.“Saying stuff like that is out of order and sad, to involve a child,” declared the ‘Gypsy King.’“I pray for everyone I fight to do their best and get home safely, there is too much BS like this in boxing.”Wilder and Breazeale first clashed in a hotel lobby in 2017, having both appeared on the same card earlier on in the night.Having recapped the altercation earlier in the week, and challenging Wilder to a fight, Breazeale believes Wilder is avoiding the clash.“He’s ducking me. He wants to fight somebody else,” Breazeale said about Wilder being interested in facing Tyson Fury in a much bigger money fight.”Negotiations haven’t started or anything. I’m waiting for the date, which is December. I get a shot at that point. Before that, the WBA allows their champions to take a voluntary defense.”

The WBC heavyweight champion responded in brutal fashion.

“We already know what Dominic Breazeale is doing. He’s trying to talk me into fighting him, which is not working,” stated Wilder.

The heavyweight champ then shockingly added: “My mind is already made up on that Breazeale fight, and, when it do happen, Imma make sure he brings his son on the stage to look the man in the eye that’s gonna cripple his daddy.”

Whether Wilder fights Breazeale or Fury first, fans will be looking forward to both potential bouts, despite perhaps losing respect for Wilder following his latest controversial comments.
