There is one star that wants to wrestle Ronda Rousey in the WWE.

Rousey made her professional wrestling in-ring debut when teaming up with Kurt Angle to defeat Triple H and Stephanie McMahon in a mixed tag team match at WrestleMania 34 in April.

In this match, there was a famous scene in which Rousey made McMahon tap out to her armbar finisher.

Rousey has put distance between herself and MMA as now she’s in the WWE and is learning to make the transition from the Octagon to the ring.

Rousey has been out of the fight game for two years after suffering devastating losses in her last two bouts under the UFC banner.

Up until those losses, she was a wrecking machine as she ran through the top contenders in the division at the time.

However, that all went away when she was dethroned of UFC gold by Holly Holm at UFC 193 in November 2015 as Holm knocked her out with a head kick in devastating style.

Then, she suffered a 48-second TKO loss to Amanda Nunes at UFC 207 in December 2016.

UFC women’s featherweight champion Cris Cyborg recently spoke with MMA Fighting about Ronda Rousey’s run in WWE and potentially facing her in the WWE. Here is what she had to say:

”I watched her perform in WWE. She went a different path, right?” Cyborg said. “Because she lost and didn’t return to MMA, everybody saw she’s not (built) for MMA. If she was, she would have returned even with a loss, like every other athlete does. Losing is part of the sport. She can do whatever she wants in WWE, they decide what happens beforehand,” she continued. “But I believe she’s happy.

It’s a difficult job because she has to act and that’s not easy, for sure, but she’s doing well.”

”I think Ronda’s biggest fear was losing to me, so if we were to do it in WWE she would have to win,” Cyborg said. “I don’t have such a big ego, but if we were to put on a show for the fans, something like that, no problem.

But I don’t see myself in it now. She would only accept it that way,” Cyborg said. “I believe she would only do it that way. No problem. I know what would happen in a real fight.”
