Everyone heard what Steve McManaman said about Wolves during Everton match
The World Cup was fun while it lasted but the Premier League is back in style.
Manchester United raised the curtain on the 2018/19 season with a 2-1 victory over Leicester.
Spurs followed that up on Saturday lunchtime with a win by the same scoreline against Newcastle.
Bournemouth, Crystal Palace, Chelsea and Watford all picked up three points on Saturday afternoon before the evening fixture - Wolves vs Everton.
Plenty of football fans and pundits are backing newly-promoted Wolves for a top-half finish after their impressive transfer activity this summer.
Meanwhile, Everton have also splashed the cash in the transfer window and will be looking at a top-six finish.
What followed was an incredibly entertaining match.
Everton’s £40 million signing Richarlison put the visitors ahead early on before Phil Jagielka’s red card on the edge of half-time.

Ruben Neves scored from the resulting free-kick to set up an interesting second-half.
It was the ten-men of Everton that took the lead when Richarlison scored his second with a little more than 20 minutes remaining.
But Neves produced another moment of magic with a sensational cross for Raul Jimenez with just 10 minutes remaining.

Phew.
What a match.
However, it seems one man wasn’t too impressed - at least not with the home side.
EVERYONE HEARD MCMANAMAN'S COMMENT
That’s because, after the final whistle, co-commentator Steve McManaman was caught saying: “I don’t like Wolves” when he thought his mic was off.
Oh.
Quite why McManaman doesn’t like Wolves is unknown but BT Sport have now been left in a slightly awkward situation.
Will they put McManaman on any further commentary duties when Wolves are playing?
Wolves fans will certainly hope not.
