Chesterfield striker Jack Lester is expected to return to the squad for the home clash with Cheltenham.

Lester missed last week's draw at Morecambe due to a virus but is likely to return in place of teenager Jordan Bowery.

Manager John Sheridan has no new injury or suspension problems and is unlikely to make any further changes as his side look to extend their unbeaten run.

Skipper Ian Breckin has had to settle for a place among the substitutes since recovering from illness and may have to take his place on the bench again due to the form of Dwayne Mattis.

The Spireites have a 100% record at the b2net.stadium and could go top with victory over Cheltenham if other results go their way.

Martin Riley and Frankie Artus are Cheltenham`s only absentees for the trip.

Defender Riley has suffered a setback in his recovery from a hamstring injury and faces another three weeks out, while midfielder Artus is also looking at a similar spell on the sidelines as he recovers from a minor crack in his fibula.

Otherwise, manager Mark Yates has no fresh injury concerns or suspensions and will be keen to build on last weekend`s 1-0 win over Stevenage - a result he described as Town`s best of the season so far.
