WWE legend Jim 'The Anvil' Neidhart sadly passed away at the age of 63 on Monday morning and his death shocked the wrestling world.
Neidhart mainly performed for the WWF in the 1980s and 1990s, and was well known for his time with Bret Hart as part of The Hart Foundation, winning the Tag Team Championship on two occasions, both with WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart.
With The Anvil's impact on WWE's tag team division, it comes as no surprise that one tag team decided to pay tribute to Neidhart on this week's Monday Night Raw.
On this week's Raw, a Raw Tag Team Championship Triple Threat match between The Revival, The Deleters of Worlds, and the Raw Tag Team Champions The B Team took place.
During the match, Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder used The Hart Foundation's Hart Attack finisher on Matt Hardy.
Many WWE fans enjoyed seeing The Revival hit the finisher on Hardy.
However, the move didn't go down well with one WWE Hall of Famer in Bubba Ray Dudley, as he knocked the tag team for using the iconic finisher as just a spot in the middle of the match.
He said: "Ugh... They used one of the best tag team finishes of all time as a mid match "spot" ... WTF?! FTR"
The Revival responded back to the WWE Hall of Famer, with Dash saying: "Thanks, Bully. Always appreciate your input," while Scott replied by saying: "#UGH."
You can see the point which Dudley is trying to make, but by no means did The Revival use the move in the middle of the match out of disrespect for The Hart Foundation.
As for the Triple Threat match, near the end of the contest, The Revival was able to hit the Shatter Machine on Bray Wyatt, but then Curtis Axel snuck in and stole the pin for The B Team.
Due to this, a rematch was booked between The Revival and The B Team for the Kickoff Show of SummerSlam this weekend with the Raw Tag Team Championship on the line.
