Burton boss Paul Peschisolido said he was ``disappointed'' not to come away from Rotherham with all three points following the thrilling 3-3 draw.

Shaun Harrad grabbed a second-half hat-trick for Burton as Rotherham threw away a three-goal half-time lead in an entertaining 3-3 draw. Yet Peschisolido admitted that he had read his side the riot act at the break.

"We had some choice words at half time and in the second half they did enough to show that the words we said worked," he said.

Peschisolido admitted he would have taken a point beforehand, but said: "In the end I was disappointed not to come away with all three.

"We looked as though we were going to score with every attack in the second half.

"It's tough being three goals down, but the lads picked themselves up, and say what you like about us, we are a great team to watch."
