Seth Rollins has given his reaction to these changes.

Rollins recently spoke to CBS' In This Corner about Kurt Angle and Triple H being part members of The Shield last year.

The Raw General Manager teamed up with Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose against The Bar and Samoa Joe in a six-man tag team match at WWE live event in Birmingham, England at the Barclaycard Arena.

The Shield hit a triple powerbomb to pick up the win. On November 1, Triple H teamed up with The Shield members at a live event in Glasgow, Scotland, wearing the full Shield outfit, against Bray Wyatt & The Bar.

He has also wrestled at several other events. The reason for that was due to medical concerns Roman Reigns had been removed from the scheduled 3-on-5 TLC match between The Shield and the team of The Miz, Sheamus, Cesaro, Braun Strowman, and Kane at the TLC PPV (pay-per-view) event

This show went down at the Target Center in Minnesota, Minneapolis on the WWE Network.

Reigns was replaced by Angle. This match marked Angle’s first WWE match in 11 years. It was a special moment, to say the least.

As to why WWE had these Superstars work the events, the reason the sports entertainment company is due to the WWE feeling that more star power is needed with Reigns being out of action.

Here is what the former WWE Champion had to say (transcript courtesy of Wrestling Inc)

"The timing was right but obviously there was just so many issues that inhibited it being as great as it could have been," Rollins said.

"Although it did allow us to do some really weird stuff, you know? Like seeing Kurt Angle and Triple H in Shield vests which is insane to me.

To see that is funny and cool at the same time."But, yeah I mean obviously the Dean Ambrose injury, Roman had some health issues during the process as well.

It became just too much to overcome and there's nothing you can really do about it. That's just the nature of the business -- the nature of life really -- so we made adjustments and moved on.”
