Tammy Abraham is highly thought of at Stamford Bridge. The English youngster has risen through the ranks at Chelsea, scoring a bucket load of goals in the process.Abraham spent last season on loan at Swansea City where he scored eight goals in 39 games. After a fairly successful first year in the Premier League it was expected that Abraham would play a back-up role at Chelsea this season. However, despite stating he would stay at the club a week ago, Sarri hinted earlier today that Abraham could leave on loan before the window closes.“I don’t know. Maybe Tammy, but it’s up to him," Sarri said when asked if there could be anyone leaving the club.  "I am not able to guarantee a spot for him at the moment.“But if he wants to remain, I am very happy with him because he is very young and he can improve more. It’s up to him.”With just minutes to go of the loan window it was announced Abraham would join Aston Villa for the rest of the season. And it's fair to say Chelsea fans have been very active in letting their feelings known. The majority of Chelsea fans are upset that Abraham has been allowed out on loan, and many are questioning why the club have loaned him out to the Championship. Many feel as if he was good enough to play at Chelsea and many see his move as a step down.

That's a good point. Abraham was sent out on loan to Bristol City when he was just 18, and went on to score 23 goals that season.

So why has Abraham been sent back to that league?

The youngster has shown he is capable of playing at a high level, having already proven himself to be more than good enough for the Championship.

Abraham, however, is happy to have been sent on loan to Aston Villa.

"Villa are a big club that belongs in the Premier League and I'm here to help them achieve that," said Abraham, per the BBC.

"At this stage of my career, I need games and this is a great place for me to come and showcase my talent. I can't wait to get started."
