Jose Mourinho seems keen to take on everyone at the moment. He demanded ‘respect’ from journalists following Manchester United’s 3-0 loss to Tottenham on Monday night. He then took on the Spurs fans in response to their ‘You’re getting sacked in the morning’ chants."They didn't have that song when we beat them at Wembley a couple of months ago," Mourinho replied. And then, Mourinho took on other Premier League managers - including Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp. When asked if he still considers himself to be among the best managers in the world if he fails to win the title at Old Trafford, Mourinho responded: “Of course. Do you ask that question to the manager that finished third in the Premier League or fourth?”When the reporter said that Klopp has never claimed to be great, Mourinho replied: “Because he never win anything international for example.

“That’s his problem, I tell you what I think, I tell what I feel. Jurgen tells you what he wants. And I answer you the question – that’s easy.”

And now Klopp has replied.

After leading Liverpool to their fourth victory of the season, Klopp was asked about Mourinho’s comments.

“I don’t watch Jose Mourinho press conferences, should I?” Klopp asked.

“When he said I haven’t won anything outside of Germany, he’s right. That’s easy to see.”

It seems Klopp has no intention in getting into a press conference battle with Mourinho.

Instead, Klopp will just point to the league table right now which shows his Liverpool side nine points ahead of United.
