There was no shortage of entertainment in Paris Saint-Germain's game with Nimes this weekend. Now under the command of Thomas Tuchel, the club are looking to extend their domestic dominance this season as well as pushing further in the Champions League. However, even newly promoted Nimes gave the champions plenty of problems and even fought back from 2-0 down before letting the game slip in the closing minutes.Neymar had opened the scoring in the 36th minute and went viral for celebrating in front of a banner mocking him for crying by - of course - pretending to cry.It was then Angel di Maria's turn to attract attention on social media when he sensationally scored directly from a corner, catching the Nimes goalkeeper off guard at his near post.

Nimes 2-4 PSG

The home side then fought their way back into the game, sparking hope of a draw with Antonin Bobichon and Teji Savanier both finding the net.

Their optimism lasted for all of six minutes, though, with Kylian Mbappe coming to the rescue with the winning goal before Edinson Cavani found the net in stoppage time.

Even then, the drama wasn't over with both Mbappe and Savanier receiving red cards.

Neymar's classy gesture

The win ensures that PSG remain in control of the Ligue 1 table and keeps up Neymar's record of scoring in every league game so far this season.

For all the criticism he received during the World Cup and near the backend of last season, the Brazilian has started the new campaign with the bit between his teeth.

And aside from scoring and taunting the fans, Neymar attracted plenty of attention on Twitter for a very classy gesture after the match.

A video of a young fan running onto the pitch and over to Neymar is spreading across social media with the PSG superstar stopping for him, hugging him and passing over his shirt.

It was a beautiful moment and very classy from Neymar - check out the video below:

Brilliant to see.

No doubt that young fan will remember the moment for the rest of his life and it's always great when such big names take a few seconds to engage with supporters.

It also goes to show that Neymar isn't necessarily the villain he can be made out to be.

The 26-year-old is often criticised for his playacting on the pitch and apparent behaviour off the pitch, but he's certainly no stranger to flashes of class.

His gesture came on a day where compatriot Ronaldinho spoke about him and his future, telling Marca: "The important thing is that Neymar is happy.

"I like that my friends are always happy but, personally, I would be happier if he returned to Barcelona. But it's something I don't think will happen."
