If there was one actor in the world you could have bet any money on appearing in a wrestling ring a few years ago, it would be Stephen Amell.

A self-confessed fan of the sport, Amell first appeared in a wrestling ring for the WWE in 2015, igniting a feud on social media with Cody Rhodes, who then portrayed Stardust.

An altercation on an episode of Monday Night Raw led to a match at SummerSlam which also involved Neville and Wade Barrett, and the team of Amell and Neville were victorious, the former's best moment being a flying crossbody to the outside from the top rope.

The Arrow actor then stepped into the ring once again, this time for Ring of Honor, in 2017 as he teamed up with the Bullet Club, who his now-good friend Rhodes is aligned with.

This match led to his All In appearance, where he was pitted against Christopher Daniels, a man who's won title belts all over the world in his 25-year career.

Many would think that Amell being able to hang with a seasoned professional like Daniels is unrealistic, but the actor used his stuntman skills to put in an impressive display.

No-one expected him to put on a technical masterpiece, but two moments in-particular got the Chicago crowd off their feet for the Green Arrow.

Stephen Amell took part in his third ever wrestling match at All In, where he lost to Christopher Daniels.

The first was an amazing Shane McMahon-esque coast to coast, catching Daniels square in the face with his two boots.

But when Amell took to the top rope again as the 'Fallen Angel' lay prone on a table outside the ring, it wouldn't end so positive. Daniels rolled out of the way, and Amell crashed through the table by himself.

Despite going on to lose the bout to Daniels, Amell gained plenty of fans on Twitter following his third ever match.

Hats off to Stephen, this performance could give him endless opportunities in the future should he wish to pursue them.
