Real Madrid starlet Vinicius Junior has already made his mark with the club's B team.

Los Blancos boss Julen Lopetegui made the decision to have the Brazilian teenager play with the Castilla team until at least January.

Vinicius showed promise with the first team during pre-season, but has a lot of competition ahead of him for game time in competitive matches.

Marco Asensio, Isco, Lucas Vazquez are all attacking options out wide to feature alongside Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema.

But Vinicius is not wasting anytime in enhancing his already glowing reputation with Madrid's B team.

The 18-year-old started in the 'mini-derby' against city rivals Atletico and scored twice, with one of them an absolute stunner.

Lopetegui was in the crowd and was likely very pleased with his contribution, but there was one moment involving Vinicius that is going to cause a massive stir.

Footage has emerged of Atletico's captain, Tachi, actually trying to bite Vinicius on the head while wrestling on the floor with him.

Yes, it did really happen and you can watch the footage below.

That's as clear as day. Amazingly, Tachi's infraction was not picked up by the referee and Vinicius was actually yellow carded.

He already gets Vinicius in a headlock and then tries to take a chunk out his head. Absolute madness.

If he doesn't receive a lengthy ban for his actions, then there really is no justice.

Lopetegui stated in pre-season that Vinicius has a huge future at Real Madrid and was impressed with him on his debut.

"He played a good game. He has gone from less to more, just like the rest of the team," the boss said.

"He started a little shy, but then he came on in leaps and bounds.

"He is very young and has to adapt to this style of football and what we ask of players. I thought he played a good game."
