Excitement is building for FIFA fans with the latest instalment set to drop later this month.The demo wis expected to be available for fans to play on September 13, but some lucky people have already got the chance to play the game.FIFA was available to play at Gamescom last month, with a number of the world's top clubs set as playable teams.One such team was Chelsea.Player ratings for a number of teams have already become available, including Manchester United, Liverpool and Real Madrid.And now Chelsea's FIFA 19 ratings have been 'leaked' across Youtube and Twitter too.As expected, Eden Hazard has been rated as Chelsea's best player, being rated 91 - just three points behind the games' top player, Cristiano Ronaldo.N'Golo Kante has been bumped up to an 89, up two points from the mark he was given at the start of last season's edition, while Cesar Azpilicueta is Chelsea's third highest rated player at 86.Of course, these ratings could be subject to change by the time the full game is released, but take a look at their top 10 highest rated players below:Eden Hazard - 91N'Golo Kante - 89

On the whole, Chelsea players have all been given fairly generous ratings
Chelsea fans will be particularly pleased with the ratings of Kante and Hazard, both of which have gone been given significant increases from last season.
Jorginho being rated at 84 is fair, while Kepa has been handed a rating of 83.
Chelsea could well be a popular team to play with on FIFA 19.
