Watford striker Danny Graham has signed a new two-year contract at the club.

The 25-year-old, who is the Hornets' leading scorer this season with eight goals in nine starts, is now committed to the Vicarage Road side until the summer of 2012 with the option of a further year.

Former Middlesbrough trainee Graham joined Watford from Carlisle in the summer of 2009 for a fee of £200,000 plus appearance-based add-ons and hit 14 goals in 40 starts last season.
