It's not exactly been a fairytale start for Cristiano Ronaldo in Turin.

Renowned for his goalscoring prowess, the 33-year-old forward is yet to find the back of the net since moving to Juventus from Real Madrid.

After three Serie A outings, Ronaldo has taken more shots without scoring (23) than any other player in Europe's Top 5 Leagues this season.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid have started life without Ronaldo in emphatic style.

They've taken maximum points in their opening three La Liga fixtures and their attacking players appear to be thriving without him.

Supporters were worried who would replace Ronaldo's goals but Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema have already scored seven between them.

And some journalists in Spain have been rather impressed by Real Madrid's performances without Ronaldo.

But it seems the Portuguese superstar is "disappointed" after reading these reports.

According to Marca: "Several Spanish journalists have been writing about how Los Blancos look good without him and this has hurt the Portuguese player.

"He is upset by the criticism received and feels that what he achieved at Real Madrid is being under appreciated."

Well, Ronaldo does not sound very happy.

The former Manchester United winger quit Real Madrid as the club's all-time leading goalscorer after leading them to four Champions League titles in five seasons.

It's unlikely that he'll ever be forgotten at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Former teammate Isco recently suggested that Real Madrid are not missing Ronaldo yet.

"Cris is an extraordinary player," said Isco, as per Bleacher Report. "He guaranteed you 40 to 50 goals.

"We're playing very well now; players who didn't score as many goals last year are now filling their boots.

"We don't miss him at the moment. I wish him all the best at Juve."
