A couple of weeks ago on RAW, a new partnership between Bobby Lashley and Lio Rush was teased.
But, they won't be working as a tag team - probably due to the sheer size difference between the pair.
Instead, it seems that Rush will be acting as a manager, or kind of hype man, for The Dominator.
A FIRST LOOK
The young star, who was wrestling in NXT until June of this year, before being moved to 205 Live, was first seen on RAW in a pre-recorded video.
The clip showed Lashley working out, before Rush started buzzing around him, basically getting in the way, but also offering some form of encouragement.
Their first exchange obviously drew attention and many fans believed that we were seeing the beginning of a new partnership - and this week's RAW confirmed that idea.
RUSH MAKES HIS LIVE DEBUT
On Monday night, "The Man of the Hour" had a little run-in with Elias. During that, Rush explained that he now represents Lashley, before Bobby himself came out for his match with "The Drifter".
After cutting his first ever RAW promo, the cruiserweight joined the commentary team to watch the bout unfold, before causing a DQ finish by attacking Elias.
It was certainly a memorable debut, and it will be interesting to see where WWE go with Rush and Lashley from here.
Although we don't know where Rush will end up, reports about how he made it to RAW in the first place have surfaced - and they're actually quite interesting.
According to Mike Johnson of PW Insider, someone inside WWE saw Lio cut a promo on social media - and they took it to Vince McMahon.
Impressed with what he was shown, Vince quickly decided to call him up to the main roster and have him manage Lashley.
That's a pretty cool - and pretty unique way to get your big break in WWE. Hopefully, Rush will be able to make an impact on RAW - because he's already got the skills to have a great wrestling career.
