David Beckham has big plans for Inter Miami in 2020.

Rumours are starting to circulate about which big-name players the Manchester United legend will try to bring to the MLS.

Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Wayne Rooney and Radamel Falcao have all been linked with moves. So too has Liverpool's James Milner.

At the the top of Beckham's list is Messi and he recently spoke about how good it would be to see the Argentine playing in the United States.

"Who knows maybe we can see him (Messi) here in a few years time," said Beckham. "We want to create the biggest club in the USA and so that means attracting some of the biggest players.

"Club Internacional de Futbol Miami is a name that celebrates the incredible energy of one of the most exciting cities in the world.

"One that is diverse, passionate and ambitious - a city that has welcomed me and so many others, so warmly.

BECKHAM THINKING BIG

"Our club will be a home for all - no matter where you are from or how you got here. This is just the beginning of our journey as we continue to build towards our first game in 2020."

Beckham's new franchise will make its debut in the MLS in two years' time, but before that can happen there are a few issues to attend to.

Inter Miami hasn't even got a stadium yet, nor has it got a manager.

However, according to the Mirror, Beckham has held "preliminary talks" with a world-class manager to take over and it would be pretty incredible.

And that man is Zinedine Zidane.

Beckham and Zidane are good friends having spent three years together at Real Madrid, so it makes sense that the Frenchman is being lined up.

It's claimed Zidane would rather manage in Europe - replacing Jose Mourinho at United could even be on the cards - but anything could happen at this point.

Just imagine an MLS team with Beckham as the owner, Zidane as the manager and Messi as the star man. It's a salivating thought.
