Celtic are enduring an incredibly tough spell right now.

After six rounds of matches in the Scottish Premiership, the Bhoys sit sixth in the table on just 10 points, six behind pace setters Hearts.

Brendan Rodgers' side have lost two league games so far this season, with their latest coming courtesy of Kilmarnock on the weekend.

Killie actually leapfrogged Celtic in the table after that result, with bitter rivals Rangers also ahead of the men in green and white.

With no Champions League football and a complicated transfer window, it's safe to say things aren't looking sparkling for Rodgers, who has won back-to-back trebles.

To make matters worse, former Rangers hero Kris Boyd has made some worrying claims about Celtic after watching them from the Kilmarnock bench on the weekend.

Boyd thinks there's a clear divide in the dressing room, with Dedryck Boyata and Olivier Ntcham desperate to leave.

He told BBC Scotland: "You only have to look at their performances.

"Are they really that bothered to be playing in a Celtic jersey right now? Not for me."

Suggesting problems behind closed doors, Boyd added: "I know there was a meeting after the Champions League exit.

"And, when you look at that, there is a divide in the dressing-room, there is no doubt about it. It was quite clear."

Focusing more on Boyata and Ntcham, Boyd said: "When a club wants to play £14m for him, that guy's wages are going through the roof when he goes there. He wants to go. Boyata, the exact same.

"Ntcham was excellent up to the first four games. Since the transfer window shut and Moussa Dembele has gone, he looks a shadow of what he was."

He may have a point and it seems a lot of Rodgers' star men during his time in Glasgow seem to feel that they have outgrown the club.
