WWE Super Showdown will be airing from Australia in a matter of hours and the WWE has stacked their card for the Melbourne Cricket Ground which can house over 100,000 fans.Triple H. with Shawn Michaels in his corner will battle The Undertaker, with Kane in his corner, in a match billed as the 'last-time ever'.The Shield will battle the Dogs of War in what's sure to be a chaotic six-man tag match, but a host of titles are on the line too.AJ Styles will defend his WWE title against Samoa Joe in the latest chapter of what has become a very personal feud with his reign as WWE champion approaching a full year. Also on SmackDown Live, Daniel Bryan and The Miz have a long-running rivalry and the winner of their bout in Australia will become the new number one contender to the WWE title. Many fans have been speculating which way both Bryan/Miz and Styles/Joe will go, but reliable source WrestleVotes has some inside knowledge.

Of course, Styles versus Bryan is a dream match and rivalry for any WWE fan, but many had hoped/believed that The Miz would rise to WWE contention and perhaps even win the strap from Styles.

Bryan had been pegged as a favourite to win the 2019 Royal Rumble if that was the case and he could have met Miz for the belt at WrestleMania 35 in New Jersey.

It will be interesting to see what they do with The Miz if this report turns out to be correct. Also, where does Samoa Joe go from here? He will have failed to win both top titles on both Raw and SmackDown despite extended feuds for both of them.

Vince McMahon is notoriously against face versus face programmes and Bryan and AJ would be just that, unless fans were treated to another AJ heel turn. It doesn't seem to make a lot of long-term sense.
