Safe to say Conor McGregor vs Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 229 lived up to the hype.Nurmagomedov, who was defending his lightweight title at the T-Mobile Arena, forced his opponent to tap out in the fourth round with a rear-naked choke. What happened afterwards, though, was unsavoury. Nurmagomedov jumped over the Octagon cage and launched himself at McGregor's team in the crowd, throwing a series of punches.Meanwhile, McGregor was brawling with Nurmagomedov's camp inside the ring after being jumped by the Russian's partner.Nurmagomedov is expected to face criminal charges for his behaviour, with president Dana White expressing 'disgust' at the incident afterwards."Khabib jumped the cage and went after one of Conor's guys who was talking trash to him and all hell broke loose," said White. "I'm just disgusted and sick over it."Three of his (Khabib's) guys have been arrested and have been taken to jail. There are going to be charges filed against them I'm sure.

CHAOS IN LAS VEGAS

"God knows what the Nevada State Athletic Commission are going to do with Khabib. Are these guys ever going to get visas again?

"There are a lot of repercussions from what they did tonight, ones that they don't even realise yet."

Khabib was heavily outnumbered as he took on McGregor's entire team and one man who looked scared for his life, it seems, was Drake.

Drake is a good friend of McGregor's and was in the crowd for the fight. Two images are now going viral of the supposed moment the Canadian saw Nurmagomedov jump over the cage.

Here's a selection of tweets from UFC fans reacting to the images of Drake looking stunned.

Amazing. Khabib shocked everyone with his actions and former UFC champion Michael Bisping reiterated the point that the 30-year-old could face severe punishment.

"You can't jump out of a cage and assault people," said Bisping. "That is a criminal charge and visas aren't given to criminals."
