Body language can play a massive part in a fighter's self-esteem.

Confidence can give a fighter the upper hand going into a fight, while those who appear intimidated by their opponents are often predicted to end up on the losing end.

Promotion for Tyson Fury's monster WBC heavyweight title clash with Deontay Wilder is well and truly underway.

The two have already appeared on prime-time telly together and have clashed at a number of press conferences across the globe.

The most recent in London saw the Gypsy King unleash a barrage of insults on his opponent. Meanwhile, the Bronze Bomber appeared to remain calm throughout.

But then, everything changed.

According to body language expert Blanca Cobb, once Fury told Wilder he was going to "punch his face in", Wilder's character changed completely.

Blanca told the Daily Star: "His baseline for Fury's taunts stops.

"It looks like he [Fury] is getting into his head space when the switch is flipping from his taunting game to action.

"When Wilder takes off his glasses and looks at Fury with harsh eyes is when he's getting himself for blows.

"All the while, Fury continues his verbal jabs; enjoying the taunting game."

However, upon analysing the two's press conference in New York, Blanca claims that Fury not only rattled the Bronze Bomber - but made him nervous.

Fury began to chant "Who are ya?" at his opponent in the opening moments, all while Wilder barked back, asking him if he was nervous.

However, Blanca says that while Wilder suggested it was Fury who was nervous, his body language suggested otherwise.

She continued: "Wilder claims that Fury is nervous, but yet he is the one whose legs are bouncing.

"This action shows that Wilder is feeling some nerves."

It is not only Blanca who believes the Gypsy King appears better off in terms of nervousness.

Fury's promoter Frank Warren said in his column for the Metro that his client "has already gained the upper hand."

Whether Blanca's analysis is accurate or not is yet to be discovered.

The only way we'll know for sure is when the two meet in LA at the beginning of December.

Until then, we're sure to have plenty more eventful press conferences to look forward to.
