Safe to say Khabib Nurmagomedov isn't short of options as his UFC career hangs in the balance.

In the days since his victory over Conor McGregor in Las Vegas, the Russian has been contacted by WWE and offered $2m to fight at Bellator for 50 Cent.

Khabib responded to 50 on Instagram by commenting, "Just send me location," and invited the American rapper to his hometown of Dagestan, Russia, to talk business.

However, there could be a third option for Khabib: boxing.

Following the McGregor fight, Khabib called out Floyd Mayweather by saying there is only one king in the jungle.

"Let's go Floyd," said Khabib in the video below. "We have to fight now: 50-0 versus 27-0. We are two guys who never lose.

"[But] in the jungle there is only one king. Of course, I am the king because he cannot drop McGregor but I drop him easily. Let's go."

Mayweather came out of retirement to face McGregor in the boxing ring last summer and extended his unbeaten career record to 50-0.

The American has recently been tipped to do the same for Manny Pacquiao and now he's responded to Khabib's challenge on Instagram.

And it would appear he wants the fight.

As you can see below, Mayweather has told America's major broadcasters to get their chequebooks out and make it happen with Khabib.

"CBS, Showtime and MGM Grand get the checkbook [sic] out!" wrote Mayweather. "Go to [Leonard Ellerbe's] page to view Khabib Nurmagomedov challenging me.

"Let's make Las Vegas great again!"

Mayweather made over $300m for his boxing match with McGregor and it looks like he's hungry for another huge payday against Khabib.

We can only hope America's major broadcasters are prepared to stump up the money.
