When it was announced that Evolution would be reuniting at SmackDown 1000, plenty of fans had raised eyebrows.Of course, Randy Orton and Batista have been two of the biggest stars the Blue Brand have ever had and could conceivably be considered for the SmackDown's Mount Rushmore. However, the actual four-man group of Evolution never appeared on SmackDown Live and was exclusively on Raw during its near three-year run.Nevertheless, the WWE Universe was treated to the return of Batista. The former world champion hasn't been seen in WWE since 2014 and his Hollywood career has been blossoming nicely. The Animal hasn't been shy about his desire for one final run in the WWE and he has openly criticised the company for either not returning his calls or breaking promises.Batista was originally penciled in to be Ronda Rousey's partner against Triple H and Stephanie McMahon at WrestleMania 34, but Kurt Angle would get that spot. The 49-year-old got fans excited with a fantastic promo at SmackDown 1000 where he seemingly teased a future match against Triple H.During that promo, the former six-time world champion began talking about the Nature Boy Ric Flair and after referencing Space Mountain, he made a joke that the WWE have cut out of their YouTube highlights.

Triple H and Orton's reactions say it all - they couldn't stay in character at all! Orton is visibly seen swearing after and Batista repeats "sorry, it's a family show."

The two-time Royal Rumble winner has been known to say whatever was on his mind but you cannot deny it - it was pretty funny!

Batista has said several times in the past that he is looking to finish his career with a bout against Triple H at WrestleMania.

It now looks like the Animal has gotten his wish with the notable tease to close out his segment with Evolution. The pair locked horns at WrestleMania in 2005, 14 years later, would you like to see these two square off?
