Since Dean Ambrose returned to the WWE, The Shield haven't been quite right.
The Lunatic Fringe spent around nine months on the shelf after tearing his bicep last year when he and Seth Rollins were in the midst of an excellent tag team title run and The Shield were reunited.
Since coming back to the company, Ambrose has picked up right where he left off, helping Rollins to a victory over Dolph Ziggler at SummerSlam and having Roman Reigns' back in his fued with Braun Strowman.
However, WWE keeps teasing a heel turn for the former WWE champion and his frustrations with his Shield brothers has become more and more evident as the weeks pass.
Cracks seem to be appearing, but is it too obvious at this point that Ambrose will turn on the Hounds of Justice?
Reports have suggested that the WWE are winging it with this Shield storyline and there is no certain end destination.
Furthermore, there is apparently no set main event for WrestleMania 35, something highly unusual for Vince McMahon. Ronda Rousey versus Charlotte is being considered while the belief is the WWE still hopes to convince The Rock to face Roman Reigns.
But what about Ambrose? Sources have told GiveMeSport that the WWE are currently doing the slow burn with Ambrose and they plan to do exactly what was scheduled for WrestleMania 34 before 32-year-old got injured - turn him heel and face Seth Rollins on the Grandest Stage of Them All.
If Reigns does not get to face The Rock, it might be that Reigns is inserted into the picture and it becomes a Shield triple-threat, something all fans could get behind.
The only time these three men have battled it out in a triple-threat was at Battleground in 2016, where Ambrose won his first-ever world title and took it to SmackDown Live.
If Rollins versus Ambrose is the plan for WrestleMania, expect the next few months to really develop their story.
