Lincoln manager Steve Tilson would like to make some loan signings amid concerns of a lack of squad depth at Sincil Bank.

Tilson oversaw a goalless home draw against Stockport in his first game in charge on Saturday.

He said: "I would imagine most teams gauge their squad on how good their bench is. No disrespect to our bench, but we have a lot of youngsters on there. I just feel that, in terms of depth, we need to strengthen, so we will be looking to bring one or two in."

"The chairman has been fantastic so far and I will test him when I give him a couple of names and see if he can help me out," Tilson added.

"It is a small squad but that is what we have and we will have to work with it."
