The 2018 Chicago Bears might just be the NFL's most confusing team so far this year. After making a fiery hot start with new star outside linebacker Khalil Mack causing all sorts of havoc after his trade from the Oakland Raiders, the Bears have cooled down in recent weeks with back-to-back losses.Last Sunday's heartbreaking overtime defeat to the Miami Dolphins was followed up by the New England Patriots rolling into town and coming out 38-31 victors despite Mitch Trubisky's best efforts. Well, we say best efforts, but it was really more one play in particular from the Bears quarterback that caught the eye yesterday. While he may have put in one of his worst performances of the season, especially considering the record-breaking day he had against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers just three weeks ago, Trubisky pulled out a touchdown run that will have a permanent place in all his future highlight reels. With the ball on the Patriots eight-yard line and the score reading 7-3 to New England, Trubisky dropped back on 3rd-and-6 but didn't have anything open.So he started running...and running...and running. While being chased by two defensive lineman, the former North Carolina quarterback ran all the way back to the 30-yard line at one point. He went 22 yards in the wrong direction.'What happened next?' I hear you cry. Surely a big loss of yardage, maybe a throwaway to keep them in field goal range. Nope. Instead, the absolute madman turned back and started running for the endzone. With blockers regrouped and ahead of him, no Patriots player could get near Trubisky as he strolled into the endzone. Check it out here...

Mitchell Trubisky had absolutely no right to make that play. He should've been sacked but kept going.

By the time he reached the goal line, Trubisky had covered nearly 72 yards. And that is why it's one of the plays of the week.
