QPR striker Heidar Helguson should return to training by the end of the week.

The Icelander limped off against Bristol City last Friday night with a shoulder injury.

Physio Nigel Cox told the club's official website: "We sent him for a scan which confirmed what we suspected. There's inflammation around the area but nothing more and I would expect him to resume full training with the rest of the first team towards the end of the week."
