Barcelona are back on track after a shaky spell which saw them go four La Liga games without a win.

The Blaugrana ended their winless run in the league on Saturday with a convincing 4-2 win over Sevilla, the only downside being Lionel Messi's arm injury.

Nevertheless, Barca still turned in a dominant display against Inter Milan on Wednesday night without their talisman.

Ernesto Valverde's side ran out 2-0 winners at the Nou Camp, Rafinha and Jordi Alba scoring the goals.

It was a vintage Barca performance, with the La Liga leaders dominating the ball and creating a plethora of chances throughout the 90 minutes.

Rafinha, Luis Suarez and Philippe Coutinho were brilliant in attack, while Clement Lenglet excelled at centre-back once again.

But the headline act was Brazilian midfielder Arthur Melo, who turned in his best display in a Barca shirt yet.

The signing from Gremio has already earned rave reviews in his short time at the club, with many likening him to club legend Xavi Hernandez.

And after watching his personal highlight reel from the game, it's hard to not compare him to the Spanish maestro.

The way he makes everything he does look so simple is eerily reminiscent of Xavi.

He takes care of the ball, retains it under intense pressure and distributes accurately - his close control is also immaculate.

Barca have made some seriously expensive signings in the last two years, but Arthur may turn out to be the most valuable one of all.

Arthur's presentation day

The fact his substitution against Inter was met with jeers from the crowd tells you all you need to know about how highly-rated he is at the club.

Arturo Vidal had no idea just how stiff the competition was going to be in Catalonia.
