After starting the season 0-3, the Houston Texans have extended their winning streak to five games after defeating the Miami Dolphins on Thursday night.Quarterback Deshaun Watson was on fire for the Texans last night, as he finished the game completing 16 of his 20 passing attempts for 239 yards, scoring five touchdowns. Watson wasn't the only player that performed for Houston on the night, as wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins had a great game too, coming out on top in his battle against Miami cornerback Xavien Howard.Howard dominated Hopkins for most of the night, limiting the receiver to just two catches for eight yards through most of the first three quarters. However, the Texans star was able to turn things around. In fact, it started on a play which didn't even count, but the ridiculous catch by Hopkins on the play gave him the confidence to spur on in the game. With just over seven-and-a-half minutes to go in the third quarter, Watson connected downfield to his wide receiver, who caught the ball with an incredible one-handed catch that would have been a 34-yard play.

However, the play was called back due to offsetting penalties, but this didn't stop NFL fans, as well as NFL players, on Twitter from calling this one of the greatest catches ever.

Despite the cancellation of the big play, this got Hopkins going, as he was able to finish the night with six catches from seven targets for 82 yards and two touchdowns, his second best performance on the season.

Watson's and Hopkins' work in the passing game was complemented perfectly by Lamar Miller's work in the ground game, as he ran for 133 yards and a touchdown off 18 carries.

The Texans now find themselves with a strong lead at the top of the AFC South after eight games, and they'll be looking to extend their winning streak to six games when they travel to Denver next week to face the Broncos.
