West Ham have recalled striker Frank Nouble from his loan spell at Swansea.

Nouble joined the Swans on a three-month loan deal in September but has had his time at the Liberty Stadium cut short because of the Hammers' growing injury problems.

The striker returns to Upton Park having made two starts and four substitute appearances, scoring one goal in Swansea's 3-2 win over Watford.

Manager Brendan Rodgers worked hard to secure the services of the 19-year-old and may look to bring in another loan striker to fill the void left by Nouble.
