Manchester United are going through one of their trickiest spells in recent memory.
Jose Mourinho's side have had numerous problems on and off the field.
They managed to start their season off with a promising 2-1 victory against Leicester City but they have faltered since.
The Red Devils currently find themselves in a lowly 10th in the Premier League table, nine points behind Manchester City and Liverpool.
Although United have struggled in almost every area of the pitch, their biggest concern at the moment is the performances of their attackers.
Anthony Martial scored twice against Chelsea last weekend but has been largely disappointing this season.
Romelu Lukaku is currently on a eight game streak without a goal, while Alexis Sanchez and Marcus Rashford have also not hit the heights expected of them.
However, there is cause to be optimistic for the future.
A number of attacking players have excelled in United's youth teams, with Angel Gomes and Tahith Chong showing their talent on a consistent basis.
And now another name has started to make a name for himself in recent months.
Mason Greenwood has been electric so far this season.
At 17 years old he has scored goals at will so far this season, bagging 14 times in 11 games.
He was rewarded with his under 23s debut against Wolverhampton tonight, where he would score United's only goal in a 2-1 defeat.
Latching on to a through ball from Gomes, Greenwood powered a low effort past the goalkeeper to restore parity for his side.
It was a smart finish from Greenwood and United fans were impressed.
In fact, many United fans are now convinced that Greenwood has what it takes to make the step up to the first team.
Take a look at some of the reaction to his performance on Twitter below:
United travel to Everton on Sunday afternoon and some fans are even calling on Mourinho to play him in the game.
Greenwood is certainly giving Mourinho something to think about it.
And given the struggles of United's forwards so far this season, Greenwood may well get his chance sooner rather than later.
