If Roman Reigns' promo during Monday Night RAW didn't tear you up, then the exclusive footage WWE released moments after the promo certainly would have.
Fans were left stunned as The Big Dog revealed that his leukemia had returned and would, therefore, be relinquishing the Universal Championship and heading home to spend time with his family and recover.
Fans are hopeful that he'll beat the illness for the second time in his life and return to WWE sooner rather than later.
There has been plenty of support on social media from fans and superstars alike, and someone else who showed his public support was Paul Heyman.
In the video backstage, we saw Heyman embrace Reigns as he met with the rest of the locker room.
Following that, he went out and showed his support to Reigns during his promo before shifting his focus to Brock Lesnar and Braun Strowman.
Now, Rajah has revealed more backstage details on that promo, including the fact that many were reportedly annoyed at Heyman for mentioning the Octagon in his promo.
What was noticeable in his promo, however, was that Heyman spent a considerable amount of time during RAW talking about Reigns during his promo.
The source has revealed that the reason Heyman decided to do this was because Reigns is one star that Heyman is a huge fan of backstage. In the past, due to his admiration, Heyman has invested a lot in helping Reigns get over.
This was also reported when Reigns was feuding with Lesnar, that Heyman was personally involved in the booking - just like he was with Goldberg.
When Lesnar is involved, Heyman has taken a great deal of time to make sure a feud benefits everyone involved, including keeping The Beast Incarnate looking strong.
It's common knowledge that Heyman gets on with Reigns and has a great deal of respect for him, and his reaction backstage when he embraced the former Universal Champion.
