The classy tribute from Tamina Snuka and Nia Jax to Roman Reigns

WWE Evolution is still well in the forefront of fans' minds, and for good reason.

Some brilliant matches took place, including Becky Lynch defeating Charlotte Flair in a Last Woman Standing Match, and the NXT Women's Championship bout between Kairi Sane and Shayna Baszler was an instant classic.

The night opened up with two legends returning to the ring for their first bout in over 12 years, as 'Team Bestie' Lita and Trish Stratus defeated Mickie James and Alicia Fox.

Second on the card was a 20-woman battle royal, in which the winner would earn a future championship shot.

There were many faces from the past involved in the spectacle, including Michelle McCool, Molly Holly and even Hall of Famer Ivory.

And it included a big face-off between current superstars Nia Jax and Tamina Snuka in the middle of the ring.

The two teased a showdown last week on Raw, and despite Tamina not being a key figure recently on WWE television, fans were still excited for the coming together.

Nia Jax was victorious in the battle royal at Evolution, but her moment with Tamina Snuka got fans talking.

There was a much bigger reason for the face-to-face though - it was a tribute for Roman Reigns.

Both came together to mimic Reigns' famous taunt before he hits his Spear, or Triple Powerbomb when he's with The Shield, and then they both cleaned house in the middle of the ring.

It was a beautiful moment with them both being relatives of Reigns, and then Nia went on to win the match, with her auntie, Ata Johnson - The Rock's mother - watching on in the front row.

And fans loved the tribute to Reigns, who is currently battle Leukemia for the second time after first putting it in remission in 2007.
