Heavyweight boxing is enjoying one of its richest periods in its illustrious history with the likes of Anthony Joshua, Deontay Wilder, Alexander Povetkin, Dillian Whyte and of course the ever-entertaining Tyson Fury to name but a few.

The latterly mentioned Fury is never far from the headlines with his charismatic personality and questionable mind-games, and he’s been at it again just weeks before his hotly anticipated WBC world title fight against Deontay Wilder.

Just a few days after admitting he was banned from online encyclopaedia Wikipedia in the build-up to his world title bout against Wladimir Klitschko, Fury has been on the offensive again, looking to get inside the mind of his opponent.

Wilder and Fury face off in Los Angeles on December 1 for the American's WBC heavyweight championship, and both fighters have been synonymous with the mind-games ever since the fight was announced.

Whilst in his training camp, Fury was recorded by one of his team poking fun at Wilder’s stance and punching technique.

BT Sport have now presented the video to the ‘Bronze Bomber’ and recorded his reaction.

The video shows Fury walking around the ring with his right fist in the air saying: “Deontay Wilder, what’s he going to do follow me around the ring like this all day, looking for a punch? And if he can’t land it he’s f****d isn’t he,” laughed Fury.

When asked for his reaction to the video he had just witnessed, the WBC champion simply said he couldn’t wait for the fight before getting out his chair.

Wilder still managed to get a sneaky joke in about Tyson’s mother, but on the whole, was very calm and focussed on the fight, something we haven’t seen from Wilder in the build-up to this huge fight.

“This is what we are training for, I’m training for him so my mindset and mentality is different right now. When I look at him, I’m wanting to hurt him,” Wilder explained, in the immediate aftermath of watching the video.

The BT Sport employee who had shown the video to the Bronze Bomber sounded shocked and surprised at the the first answer he was given by the heavyweight champion, expecting a more explosive reaction.

“At this point in time, it’s all about the pain that I’ve got to bring come December 1st. All the so over, this is serious business now. He can talk, but come December 1 he got to show some action.

“And that’s my jungle then, and I’m all about action,” finished Wilder.

It all seems very calm and collected from both fighters, despite Fury’s attempt to poke fun at Wilder.

Compare this to their press conference on October 1, and it seems both fighters are now confident and well prepared for the bout.

Tyson Fury has a lot to prove, and Deontay Wilder is desperate for his shot at British boxing sensation Anthony Joshua, giving this match even more spice.

The fans are ready, as it seems are the participants for this hotly anticipated match.
