Deontay Wilder has given his thoughts on Tyson Fury's famous fight with Wladimir Klitschko, a little under a month before he faces off against his British rival with the WBC crown on the line.
Fury shocked the boxing world in November of 2015 by triumphing over the legendary Ukrainian in 12 rounds in Dusseldorf, claiming the IBF, IBO, WBO and WBA (Super) heavyweight titles in the process.
Regarded as one of the greatest upsets throughout the history of the sport, Fury came into the fight as an overwhelming underdog, but impressed many with his foot and hand speed, as well as his ability to make his opponent look largely average throughout the fight.
With his long-awaited showdown with WBC champion Deontay Wilder now on the horizon, however, many are doubting that the 'Furious One' will be able to replicate his performance against a man famous for only needing one punch to best his opponents.
Wilder - who boasts an incredible record of 40 wins from 40 fights, 39 of which came via knockout - has been extremely vocal about how he views his chances against the former lineal heavyweight champion, and also now called into question just how impressive his win over Klitschko really was.
"It was a boring good win," Wilder told BT Sports, in their behind the scenes look at both fighters training camps.
"When I look back on that fight, the only thing that goes in my mind is what if Klitschko would have threw more punches? What if he had the confidence to throw more punches? Instead of just sitting there and being hesitant."
As well as voicing his doubts over Klitschko's performance, 'The Bronze Bomber' also spoke on his certainty that Klitschko would also look back at the fight, and wish he would have brought the fight to Fury.

"I bet he [Klitschko] has thought about this many times 'only if I would have!', because he would have changed the trajectory of the whole fight. If he would have thrown punches.
"You can't be stiff or like a robot with a fighter like that.
"That's why with me, I'm so mobile, agile, hostile, I've got a heart of a lion. I am a king. I can't have no guy that is right here facing me like that because you're going to get crushed".News Now - Sport News
