Manchester United were not at their best on Saturday but were still able to snatch all thee points against Bournemouth.Callum Wilson’s first half goal suggested Jose Mourinho and Man Utd were going to be on the other end of another disappointing result. But Anthony Martial levelled proceedings for the Red Devils, his fifth goal in four Premier league games, before Marcus Rashford struck the winner in injury time.Mourinho had another choice to make up front going into the game.Romelu Lukaku was ruled out with injury, meaning he could either continue with Rashford up front or deploy Alexis Sanchez as a false nine.In the end, the Portuguese manager decided to go with Sanchez. The Chilean forward would go on to play 56 minutes in his new position before being moved to the wing.He was then taken off in the 78th minute. But how did United fans think he did playing in place of Lukaku?Sanchez failed to get on the scoresheet but, according to fans of the Red Devils, the general consensus was that they were pleased with his performance.United fans were particularly impressed with the energy and movement he brought to the team up front. He showed this numerous times during his stint up front, including when he set up Martial's equaliser. They noticed he offered a lot more than Lukaku in this department and now United fans want to see him continue playing in his new role.

Interesting. Lukaku was once the first name on ever United team sheet but it seems that is no longer the case.

United have moved up to seventh following the three points.

Mourinho was unhappy with how the first half went, branding it a 'disaster', although he praised his side's spirit to make a comeback in the second 45 minutes.

“The good thing is that the team has this face of a fantastic character and the heart that any result, the game is not over," he said, per the Guardian.

"In the second half, I could understand some of the frustration because we produced some incredible chances and we didn’t score.

"But then we managed to score in [stoppage] time and we got the points we lost against Chelsea.”
