Tony Bellew will fight for the last time tomorrow night at the Manchester Arena against the imperious Oleksandr Usyk.

The Bomber will try and become the undisputed cruiserweight champion of the world following his two victories over David Haye.

Despite having to cut weight and going through a harsh training camp, Bellew has stated that he has never felt stronger or fitter.

Regardless of the outcome of the fight, it's a night that the Bomber has deserved.

His world title victory over BJ Flores and wins over Haye earned him the right to partake in one of the biggest fights in boxing history.

There were a few names being linked with Bellew's last fight, most notably Andre Ward and Tyson Fury.

Ward is the man the Bomber called out after his last victory over Haye, despite the fact the 32-0-0 fighter is currently retired.

That fight is never going to happen now with Bellew set to retire after the Usyk bout, but Ward has given his personal prediction.

Speaking to FightHubTV, Ward said: "I'mma go with Bellew. I know everybody's writing Bellew off, but how many times have they done that? I'mma go with the intangibles on this one."

It's a prediction that many people have made in the build-up, but to hear it from Ward makes it very interesting.

The American is renowned for being one of the most scientific fighters of his generation, picking off opponents with precise and accurate punches.

His style is very similar to that of Usyk, so it's intriguing to see that he thinks Bellew can overcome his opponent.

Ward has been called out during his retirement on numerous occasions, with WBA super-middleweight champion Callum Smith the latest to do so.

“We’re after the big guns, [Canelo] Alvarez, Andre Ward is the preferred one, we’d love to get him out of retirement,” his trainer Joe Gallagher said.

"Gennady Golovkin is another one. Badou Jack, Adonis Stevenson.”
