After being pushed to the fore-front of Monday Night Raw with the Kurt Angle's secret son storyline, Jason Jordan had the potential to become a big star in the WWE.He clearly is very talented when he steps between the ropes, but just failed to connect with the fans at the start of his run as being Angle's storyline son.But before his injury, the WWE Universe were starting to react to him, not in a babyface way, but a reaction means you're doing something right. But the first month of 2018 proved to be a nightmare for Jordan, who picked up a neck injury just a few weeks after winning the Raw Tag Team Championships.Jordan's last match was at the Royal Rumble, where he and Seth Rollins lost the titles to Cesaro and Sheamus. He then went under the knife a week later and hasn't been seen since, but has been name-dropped a few times recently on WWE television during the teasing of Dean Ambrose turning heel. The Wrestling Observer revealed a few months ago that Jordan's comeback had been stopped due to more complications, and it's now been nine months since the neck operation.Since then, Jordan has been learning the ropes of becoming a producer should he not heal properly, and if so would follow in the footsteps of the likes of Tyson Kidd, Fit Finlay and Dean Malenko in backstage roles. And yesterday 'JJ' posted a tweet to update fans on his thoughts and progress.

"I’m ready to attack this week and make huge improvements," Jordan stated.

"I’ve been trying to keep my eye on the prize and look at the big picture. I’m still on the road to recovery and I’m very optimistic about getting back to where I belong!"

Clearly Jordan still as aspirations of making it to the very top in WWE, and there's hope that he will step into the ring very soon with his words, with fans who want him to return soon sending tweets to him.
