After their crushing defeat of SmackDown at Survivor Series in the five-on-five men's elimination match, it was back to fighting for members of Team Raw, as Braun Strowman and Baron Corbin continued their feud on Raw.

Following Stephanie McMahon confirming the two will face-off in a Tables, Ladders and Chairs match at the eponymous pay-per-view, a huge six-man-tag was made to start the show off, with Braun teaming with Finn Balor and Elias to take on acting GM Corbin, Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley.

Balor and Elias were both eliminated during the bout, leaving Strowman to face off against all three of the opposition by himself.

He was about to put Corbin away to make it a two-on-one bout, but a steel chair attack from McIntyre saw him disqualified, but the match broke out into chaos.

Strowman was brutalised on the outside of the ring, and the attack was finished by Corbin, who slammed the steel steps onto the arm of the Monster Among Men.

After selling the hit like he'd been hit by a car, Strowman was guided to the back and not seen again for the rest of the evening.

WWE later released a report saying that Strowman had suffered a 'shattered elbow' that would need surgery, but not everything is as it seems.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, via Wrestling Inc, Strowman really does need an operation, but it's not as serious as what the company are making it out to be.

Strowman apparently needs bone spurs clearing out from around his elbow, and it will only be a minor operation.

Despite it being nothing major, there's every chance that the match with Corbin at TLC doesn't go ahead, but he's definitely expected back for the Royal Rumble.

If you have a good memory, you'll recall Strowman underwent similar surgery in 2017, where they claimed his elbow once again was shattered.

What we know for sure though is that when Strowman does return to Raw, Corbin will definitely be getting those hands.
