The last international break of 2018 is officially over.
While the UEFA Nations League made the domestic sabbatical rather more interesting, fans are itching to get their fix of club football.
One man who played no part in the international break was Cristiano Ronaldo, who hasn't featured for Portugal since the World Cup.
Ronaldo already has nine goals to his name in his first 15 competitive games with the Bianconeri following his €100m summer move.
Juve look even more of a dominant force with the Portuguese in their lineup - Max Allegri's side have dropped just two points in 12 Serie A games.
One of their 11 victories came away at Parma, with Mario Mandzukic and Blaise Matuidi scoring the goals.
Former Arsenal winger Gervinho actually drew the game level and he's spoken about the current Juve side with the addition of Ronaldo.
When asked about the loss to Juve, Gervinho said, per Calciomercato: "That night, playing with Parma against Juventus, I was really impressed.
The interviewer then asked: "By Cristiano?"
“No, by Juventus," Gervinho replies. "I scored, they won with a comeback. But, with all the admiration for a top like Cristiano, I was studying Juventus, I was focused on Juventus.
"And I had the impression of a real strength."
“They are organised, they have the mentality. You can put them in difficulty, as happened to us, but the last word is to Allegri. I left them competitive, I’ve found them even more inspired."
It's interesting to see that other players in Serie A are not simply focusing on the aura of Ronaldo when it comes to Juventus.
While he may have added an extra edge to their play, it must be remembered that the rest of their world-class players are currently performing at a ridiculously high level.
