As fans who watched WWE Survivor Series will know, NXT's Lars Sullivan is on his way to the main roster.
The Freak has been impressive over the past year for the Yellow Brand and his outings in the NXT title match with Aleister Black and the six-man ladder match for the North American title has garnered him plenty of fans.
The 30-year-old was recommended to the WWE by Bobby Lashley back in 2013. Ironically, that was when Lashley was still competing for TNA.
Since then, Sullivan's stock has continued to grow and in 2015, Brock Lesnar made his one and only trip to the WWE Performance Center ever, just to work with Sullivan.
With all of that in mind, it should come as no surprise to learn that he will be making his debut on the main roster in the WWE in the coming weeks and he won't be in NXT long enough to win a title.
On the latest episode of NXT, Sullivan got into a squabble with fellow big man Keith Lee and the two are set to square off next week.
That could be Sullivan's last outing for Triple H's brainchild, but, apparently, it's not Triple H who has been pushing for Sullivan to make the step up.
According to the Wrestling Observer, Vince McMahon is said to 'extremely high' on Sullivan and while there are no concrete plans or storylines awaiting him, he's the type of talent McMahon loves to work with.
Plenty of fans will be skeptical with how McMahon will handle Sullivan. After all, talents like Asuka, Tye Dillinger, Tyler Breeze and Sanity have been focal points of NXT and have either underwhelmed or been misused on the main roster.
How much of that is Vince McMahon's fault and how much is down to the talent to translate their talents to a bigger stage is up for debate, but there is no question a man of Sullivan's size and power is right up Vince's alley.
Given that Braun Strowman and Drew McIntyre - two dominating big men - are already on Raw, it would probably make sense to send Sullivan on a rampage on SmackDown Live.
While Dave Meltzer's report did not include details of where they Sullivan is heading, it's very clear that McMahon is the one who wants The Freak and that's the man that counts.
