Ousmane Dembele has been creating a lot of problems off the pitch in recent months.

His attitude has often come into question, most recently when he missed a training session because he stayed up late playing video games.

As a result, his playing time has been greatly restricted.

He played just 11 minutes against Atletico Madrid on Saturday, although he made his mark by scoring a late equaliser.

Ernesto Valverde has restricted his time on the pitch but praised him after his late heroics.

"Dembele has things that others don't - self-confidence, shooting with both feet, personality and talent," he said after the game, per Marca.

"He's always on the lips of a lot of people, and he gives us a lot of things."

"He's a great player and has a lot of talent.

"It's true that we didn't call him for the last game, but he's a great player that can help this team.

"We expect a lot of things from him because he has great talent."

However, there's a strong chance that he may not be at Barcelona much longer.

The Frenchman's future at the club has long been in question.

Multiple news outlets have claimed that Barcelona are willing to let him go, and now Goal have gone one step further.

They claim that Dembele has personally asked Barcelona to let him leave the club in the January transfer window.

And it seems Barcelona are going to try and fulfil his request.

The publication go on to claim that the Catalan giants are planning to include Dembele in any potential deal for PSG forward Neymar.

Reports have long linked Neymar with a return back to the club, and Dembele may be the key in getting their wish.

In all honesty, if Barcelona are able to trade Dembele for Neymar, that would be an incredible deal.

Although Dembele is a good talent and is only 21 years old, his attitude means he is causing too many problems.

He hasn't exactly lit up La Liga either; having scored 11 goals in 39 appearances for Barca.

Neymar, on the other hand, is a world class talent.

He's already proven he can do it in Spain, having scored 105 times in 186 appearances during his four season stint at Barca between 2013 - 2017.

He's continued that form at Paris Saint-Germain and, at 26 years old, he still has his best years ahead of him.

If Barca could use Dembele in a deal to get Neymar back to the club, it should be a no brainer.
