Denver make it four straight with big victory over LA Lakers

The Denver Nuggets recorded their fourth straight victory as they trounced the Los Angeles Lakers 117-85.

Paul Millsap and Jamal Murray, who both finished on 20 points, helped Denver get off to a strong start as they took an early 15-9 lead.

Millsap scored seven of their first 15 points, while Murray scored 15 in the first half alone.

A big fourth quarter helped the Toronto Raptors claim a 122-114 win over the Memphis Grizzlies.

Despite trailing for much of the game, the Raptors managed to pull things back to extend their lead at the top of the Eastern Conference.

Kyle Lowry recorded 24 points and six assists while Fred Van Vleet had 18 points.

Blake Griffin led the way with 30 points as the Detroit Pistons overcame the New York Knicks 115-108.

The Pistons held off a late surge from the Knicks, who scored 56 over the final 18 minutes.

Bojan Bogdanovic had a go-ahead three-pointer to lift the Indiana Pacers over the Phoenix Suns 109-104, while the Atlanta Hawks snapped a seven-game road losing streak to beat the Miami Heat 115-113.
