With the fight just days away, the Deontay Wilder vs Tyson Fury fever is building ever more as the fight date closes in.

However, in usual Fury fashion, the heavyweight boxer is cranking up the intensity as he stirs the pot amongst the American public.

In a video which has recently surfaced, the Gyspy King and his team took to the streets of LA to question random people by simply asking - 'Do you know who Deontay Wilder is?'.

And, well, this little experiment didn't end well for the American fighter.

Within their miniature quest, Fury found just two people who even knew who Wilder actually was, despite asking over 25 California citizens.

Wilder, who hails from the United States, will certainly be disappointed with what appears to be his lack of stardom on the west coast within the general public.

On the other hand, throughout the video, Fury was bombarded with horns from cars in support of the heavyweight boxer.

However, Fury did manage to find one real Deontay Wilder fan with the man even stating "Well, I'm rooting for him - no offence."

Videos and social media aside, this fight between Wilder and Fury could be one of the most interesting fights of the year.

Wilder and Fury enter the ring with their undefeated records on the line and Deontay's WBC belt also up for grabs.

Despite his confidence in this video, Fury is generally considered to be the underdog within the fight purely based on the fact that Tyson has spent some time away from the sport and has only had two fights since his return to boxing.

In addition to this, it's fair to say that the fighters Fury faced, Francesco Pianeta and Sefer Seferi, were hardly boxers of, or near, Deontay Wilder's standard.

However, the Gypsy King will be looking to prove everybody wrong this Saturday in the Bronze Bomber's own backyard.
