Slowly but surely, Tiemoue Bakayoko is beginning to rediscover his form and confidence following his nightmare debut season with Chelsea.The French midfielder, who joined the Blues in a £40 million move from AC Milan in the summer of 2017, is currently on loan at Italian giants AC Milan.His first couple of months at the San Siro were inauspicious to say the least. Following one performance against Olympiakos in the Europa League, one Italian newspaper described him as a “disaster”.Another said of the holding midfielder: “He leaves the impression that the ball is burning when he has it.”Most Milan fans, meanwhile, had already lost faith in Bakayoko by this point.However, to his credit, the Frenchman has turned his situation around following a series of improved performances.Bakayoko was Milan’s best player against Italian champions Juventus earlier this month and then caught the eye again against Lazio last weekend.
