Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury put on a real classic in the LA Staples Center.The two heavyweight superstars both put their unbeaten records on the line, with both maintaining them after the bout was declared a draw by split decision.Despite being knocked down twice, the general consensus was that Fury had done more than enough to beat the Bronze Bomber.However, the Gypsy King refused to dwell on the outcome of the result.“I enjoyed every second of it,” he said, per Guardian. “I’m not going to sit here and complain all night and scream robbery."I thought I won the fight, I’ll leave the audience to decide what they thought. But listen: two men tried their hardest, tried our guts out, trained for 10 weeks, away from their families.”Like Gennady Golovkin and Canelo Alvarez, the outcome screams 'rematch' and it will likely be in the UK.And Chris Eubank Jr. posted a rather controversial tweet about the draw shortly after the fight's conclusion.

Eubank wrote: "For anyone confused about the draw. It’s simple maths. A draw = Rematch. A Rematch = ðŸ’°ðŸ’°."

Is Eubank trying to suggest that the result was fixed to instigate a mega-money rematch? It certainly looks like it.

Boxing fans in the comment section of the tweet were certainly not happy with the outcome either and like Eubank, they were suspicious.

The controversial decision certainly hasn't gone down well.

However, the fight was a stern reminder of just how competitive the heavyweight division is now.

Fury looks somewhere back to his best, with Wilder and Anthony Joshua surely concerned about the return of the Gypsy King.

Wilder should have handed his WBC strap to Fury and it seems inevitable that Joshua will have to put his belts on the line against one or both fighters in 2019.
