Ever since SummerSlam back in August, Becky Lynch has been riding the crest of a wave in WWE.
Scheduled to face Ronda Rousey at Survivor Series, the match pitting the Raw Women's Champion against 'The Man' could have potentially main evented inside the Staples Center.
But one punch from Nia Jax ruined her big bout and put her on the sidelines, an injury which was reported as a concussion and 'broken face' - which was actually a nasal fracture.
Becky was on her way to becoming arguably the biggest star in the company before the unfortunate incident, even getting bigger reactions than the likes of Rousey and Seth Rollins.
The Lasskicker made her big return to the blue brand last week where it was revealed she would take on her enemy Charlotte Flair in a Tables, Ladders and Chairs match at the eponymous pay-per-view on December 16.
And the Empress Of Tomorrow - Asuka - was later added to turn it into a Triple Threat after winning a battle royal - so a match that was exciting now turns out to be intriguing as well.
There's multiple angles as to where the company can go with the SmackDown belt, but the most sensible one would arguably to be let Asuka take the victory, maybe due to some interference from Ronda - who has beef with both Lynch and Flair.
It wouldn't hurt anyone's credibility and it would free up Lynch for the Women's Royal Rumble, which she could win and challenge Rousey at WrestleMania - then everyone is happy.
But there may be an issue when it comes to the TLC event in nine days time.
According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Lynch has yet to be cleared from the nose injury she suffered at the hands of Jax, as per Cageside Seats.
Whilst the company expect her to be ready for the event, things don't always go to plan, and should she still not be cleared come next Sunday you can't imagine Lynch will take many bumps.
Everyone has their fingers crossed for the Irishwoman as she reaches the final stages of her recovery.
