Alisson Becker has been a revelation since signing for Liverpool.

The club has been hampered by goalkeeping problems over the last few years and have failed in their quest to replace Pepe Reina, who made his final appearance in 2013.

Last season saw Simon Mignolet and Loris Karius compete for the jersey, but it quickly became apparent that Jurgen Klopp needed a new goalkeeper in order to challenge for the Premier League.

The Reds went all out to get their man, too, making Alisson the most expensive goalkeeper in history at the time after spending €75 million to prize him away from AS Roma.

The season is now three month's old and Alisson has already proved his worth, delivering a number of brilliant performances and raking in the clean sheets.

Alisson's brilliant season

His showing in mid-week against Burnley was a reminder of his quality with the Brazilian producing an unbelievable save to deny a last minute equaliser.

Not only that, but the 26-year-old saved the ball from going out of play and started a counterattack that would culminate in Xherdan Shaqiri finding the net.

It exemplified how Alisson has improved Liverpool across the pitch from his shot-stopping, cross-claiming and his superhuman distribution.

Compilation video of Alisson

As a result, even this early in the season, Kopites have so many Alisson moments to reflect upon.

That's certainly the case for YouTuber Bassam Echelon who sought to compile Alisson's season highlights, producing no less than 10 minutes of content in the end.

Just 19 games at Liverpool and he's produced 10 minutes worth of quality, that's right.

It showcases some of finest saves, passes and footwork as well as living up to its title: 'Alisson Becker Proving That He is Worth €75m.' Take a look at the video below:

What a goalkeeper.

Alisson has to be in the conversation for the world's top goalkeepers alongside the likes of David de Gea, Jan Oblak and his compatriot Ederson.

Liverpool are loving having him between the sticks this season and the video above goes to show how many points Alisson has already saved them.

It's imperative to have a top quality goalkeeper when challenging for the Premier League and Alisson might well be the final piece in the puzzle.

You just know that when the heat is on for Liverpool, even the toughest opponent will still have to get past the daunting figure of Alisson.

Reflecting on the Burnley performance earlier in the week, Klopp told the media: "Alisson played a big, big part in the game. Burnley’s goal should have been disallowed.

"It was offside and both hands on the ball. At 2-1 up he made a brilliant save"
